We understand that you aren’t just looking for a spec sheet; you’re looking for a solution that eliminates bottlenecks, secures your data, and keeps your lines moving 24/7.

The Challenges You Face (And We Solve)

In the factory, data is just as vital as raw materials. As manufacturing evolves from traditional assembly lines to interconnected, data-driven ecosystems, the hardware powering your floor must be more than just “a computer.” It must be a resilient partner capable of operating where standard office hardware fails.

Manufacturing environments are unforgiving. We help our partners navigate the most common digital hurdles in production:

Industrial PC

Costly Downtimes

A single PC failure can halt an entire line. We provide industrial-grade reliability with MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) ratings that far exceed commercial standards.

Harsh Environments

Dust, metal filings, extreme temperatures, and vibration are “computer killers.” Our fanless and IP-rated designs thrive in the grit of the factory floor.

Legacy Iteration

You need to bridge the gap between 20-year-old CNC machines and modern ERP systems. Our systems offer the specific I/O (Serial ports, GPIO, dual LAN) required for industrial communication.

Scalability Fears

Technology moves fast. We provide long-lifecycle hardware (5–10 years) so you don’t have to re-certify your software every time a consumer chip is discontinued.

Stop trying to adapt to your technology.
With Industrial PC, start deploying the perfect fit.

Targeted Solutions for Manufacturing

Smart Factories & IIoT: The Data Backbone

The transition to a Smart Factory often stalls because commercial-grade hardware can’t handle the constant data stream of an Industrial IoT (IIoT) ecosystem. We help you move past “pilot projects” into full-scale integration.

  • The Edge Computing Advantage: Sending all your sensor data to the cloud for analysis creates latency and high bandwidth costs. Our Edge Gateways process data locally—on the factory floor—allowing for millisecond response times.
  • Predictive Maintenance: Unplanned downtime can cost upwards of $50,000 per hour. Our systems support high-frequency vibration and thermal monitoring, feeding AI models that predict a machine failure before it happens.
  • Sustainability & Compliance: With 2025’s increasing focus on energy reporting and carbon footprints, our IIoT solutions act as the central hub for energy-usage sensors, helping you meet regulatory mandates automatically.

Intelligent Machines & Collaborative Robotics

Modern machines are no longer static tools; they are “intelligent” assets that must react to their environment. Whether you are building custom CNC machines or deploying collaborative robots (cobots), the “brain” of the machine is the deciding factor in its performance.

  • Compact Power for Tight Spaces: Control cabinets are often cramped and hot. We provide ultra-compact, DIN-rail mountable PCs that deliver high-end processing power without the bulk of a traditional tower.
  • Human-Machine Collaboration: For machines to work safely alongside your team, they need real-time situational awareness. Our embedded controllers feature the high-speed I/O and low-latency processing required to manage safety sensors and force-limiting protocols.
  • Low-Code Integration: We source hardware that supports modern, user-friendly software interfaces. This empowers your floor operators to make adjustments to machine behavior without needing a degree in computer science.

Machine Vision & Automated Quality Control

In a world of “zero-defect” manufacturing, human visual inspection is no longer enough. High-speed production lines require digital “eyes” that never get tired and never blink.

  • 3D Vision & Depth Perception: Moving beyond simple 2D barcodes, modern vision systems now handle 3D bin picking and complex assembly verification. We provide PCs with the specific bus bandwidth needed to handle massive point-cloud data from 3D cameras.
  • AI-Powered Defect Detection: Traditional rule-based vision often struggles with “organic” defects like scratches on metal or variations in fabric. Our GPU-accelerated systems allow you to run Deep Learning models that “learn” what a good part looks like, identifying flaws that are invisible to the naked eye.
  • Multi-Camera Synchronization: For complex quality gates, you may need 4, 8, or 12 cameras hitting a single PC simultaneously. We offer systems with multiple independent PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports to simplify your wiring and ensure every camera has dedicated bandwidth.
