Dan Barnett is the Director of Technical Sales here at Industrial PC where he has been a driving force behind the company’s customer-first approach since joining in June 2013.
As the son of founder Tim Barnett, Dan is integral to maintaining the family-owned and operated culture that sets Industrial PC apart from the competition. In an industry often dominated by faceless corporations with complex phone trees and high turnover, Dan acts as the primary point of contact for customers.
Whether you are a new partner looking to buy or a long-time customer needing support, Dan is usually the one answering the call, proving that expert help and decision-making power are always within arm’s reach.
Over his tenure, Dan has evolved into the company’s resident product expert. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he holds a vast library of product knowledge and works closely with Tim to manage relationships with the world’s best industrial computer manufacturers.
Before joining the family business, Dan spent five years as a Web Developer, a background that complements his technical expertise in the industrial computing space. He is a 2008 graduate of Indiana University, where he earned his B.S. in Informatics.
Outside of the office, Dan stays busy with his wife and three daughters, including a set of recently born twins!
