Well here is your answer.

MIL-STD-810G is a United States Military Standard that emphasizes tailoring an equipment’s environmental design and test limits to the conditions that it will experience throughout its service life.  When a commercial company references MIL-STD-810G it does not mean it is certified by any Military Agency, but the design and the end product are validated to the MIL-STD-810G.
