High Performance and Power Saving
The 8th Gen Intel® CoreTM U i7, i5, or i3 CPU, with four cores and eight threads, is an option for the DI-1100. It offers exceptional performance and responsiveness to finish computationally complex activities more rapidly. While giving the headroom to combine data and applications for IoT deployment, the processor architecture satisfies the need for improved graphics and calculation performance. It is perfect for mobile machinery since it reduces the time between recharges for maximum efficiency. It is topped off with a 15W CPU.
Compact Form Factor
With dimensions of just 203 mm (W) x 142 mm (D) x 66.8 mm (H), the DI-1100 features a compact form factor. The DI-1100’s small size makes it simple to put anyplace you can think of, especially in today’s IoT applications that range from machinery like Automated Guided automobiles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to automobiles and the little cabinets in factories, all of which have limited space.
Various Industrial I/O and Functionalities
Although the DI-1100 is small, functionality and I/O are not compromised. To connect high-speed and legacy devices, the DI-1100 has 2x GbE LAN, 4x USB 3.2, 2x USB 2.0, and 2x RS232/422/485 ports. In order to assure continuous data transmission, the DI-1100 also offers two full-size Mini PCIe connectors for wireless connectivity and two SIM card slots. In addition, when using high-wattage peripherals like cameras through PoE, it provides an external fan for additional cooling.
Exclusive Expansion Capabilities
The Combined Multiple I/O (CMI) and Control Function Module (CFM) of the DI-1100 allow for modular expansion, and they can be set for additional I/O and function customization. Integrators can swiftly design the system and launch it onto the market because to its versatility. Additional LAN, 10GbLAN, M12 connections (A- and X-coded), and different I/O interfaces are included in the CMI modules, while the CFM module offers power ignition sensing or PoE capability.

It features a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 70°C, wide-range voltage input of 9 to 48 VDC, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and ESD protection. The DI-1100 passed the tests to ensure compliance with MIL-STD-810G, E-mark, and EN50155 (EN 50121-3-2 only).
