About the DS-1500
The DS-1500 is a rugged, fanless embedded computer built on the Intel® Arrow Lake-S Core™ Ultra 200S Series platform, supporting up to 24 cores and 65W TDP. Its compact chassis measures 227 x 261 x 88 mm (base model) and is engineered for high-performance industrial edge computing in environments such as smart manufacturing, railway, and machine vision.
This system features up to 96GB DDR5 memory with ECC support, dual 2.5" SATA storage bays (one front-accessible), and three M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs or wireless modules. Native I/O includes dual LAN (2.5GbE + GbE), 2x RS-232/422/485, 8x USB (including 2x USB 3.2 Gen2), quad display outputs (VGA, 2x DP, HDMI), and audio. Expansion is supported via up to two PCI/PCIe slots (max 130W GPU), with patented card retention for vibration resistance. Modular CMI/CFM slots allow further I/O, TPM, PoE, and ignition sensing expansion.
With its wide temperature range, MIL-STD-810H shock/vibration compliance, and extensive industrial I/O, the DS-1500 is a robust platform for demanding edge applications.
